Wired Nomad Web Design, Optimisation & Consultancy

Wired Nomad has offered web design, CD-ROMs, database integration, e-commerce and consultancy from its base in the Scottish Borders for clients throughout the UK since its launch in 1997.

In the last 24 months I have been working on some search engine optimisation projects for existing clients, and new clients who only want their current site optimised.

New Website for Peebles High School

The new website for Peebles High School launched yesterday after a lengthy period in development. The main aim was to provide the school with an easy to maintain website that will provide up to date information to parents and students, while also highlighting students achievements and work.

The site is not yet complete, as with the introduction of the new Curriculum for Excellence for S1 this term there are a lot of changes to coursework to include, but the framework is there to build on.

Groups such as the Parent Council and the PTA have the ability to maintain their own sections on the site.
