The village of West Linton has had a website for 12 years and the last version was showing signs of age. So I redesigned it and built it in the Drupal content management system, maintaining most of the old features and adding some new ones.
So the directory is much more useful now it's broken down into sections, and images are now being organised into galleries. Sections for groups llike the Music Society are now managed by them directly, so they can add news, pictures and so on; and they can also add events to the what's on calendar. There is also an ever-expanding section for the Primary School's Centenary later this year.
Future plans include a new illustrated walks section.
