Customising Hotel Booking Engine

Cringletie Hotel, a romantic country house hotel near Edinburgh (that's added for search engine optimisation purposes!) uses Synxis for it's online reservations system. It is customisable but not the simplest tool to get to grips with behind the scenes, but it's work in progress. In conjunction with Highland Business Research we've been working on improving the flow of tracking information through Google Analytics, as well as trying to identify steps in the booking process that can be simplified to ensure more guests complete the booking process quicker.
