Internet use 'good for the brain'

Good news as I'm online so much! A recent report in the American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry says that for middle aged and older people at least, using the internet helps boost brain power. Middle-aged? The study was based on volunteers aged between 55 and 76, so I've got a few more years before the benefit kicks in then, just a bit concerned that the Geriatric Psychiatrists start on the 55 year olds.
