Just launched a brand new site for a brand new company, Productivity Software Ltd., through a friend going back to the early days of the web (we're talking 1995 here).
Their product is a box that sits on your computer network, without making any changes to the IT system, that stores details of all Internet traffic in and out of your network and generate reports for both managers and employees to view. It is designed to ensure fair usage of the Internet by giving employees responsibility for their own activities in a manner which will improve their productivity.
There's some good stories about how much time employees use Facebook and music download sites, amongst others, in employers time.
